There are several soprano saxophone's in Brandsma's collection. 

- Straight soprano, silver plated 1929 Conn, serial # 224913. Extra long model.

- Curved soprano, Prologue, serial # 2746

- C soprano, Conn. (Yes, a soprano tuned to the key of C concert pitch) Serial # 84319

Bert Brandsma played soprano sax as soloist fronting KMKJWF.

One year, in the Cologne Opera House, the ouverture required a few bars of soprano. It can actually be heard on one of the DVD's, made from the WDR broadcast.
